How to Install libblkid1 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libblkid1 software package provides block device id library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libblkid1

libblkid1 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libblkid1 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libblkid1 *

You will get with libblkid1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
